Everything was perfect, so were amazing views of the sea. It was a great location for us, very close to the Bay, shopping facilities that Paihia has to offer, and the township and shops😃

Good friendly service.
The Wi-Fi definitely was not free as advertised. You had to register and then pay a minimum of $10 for 100mb of data usage. We stayed at the Duke of Marlborough in Russell, they also advertised free Wi-Fi and was given 2x 6hour vouchers with unlimited data usage for 100% free.

Great location in the heart of the city - just steps away from shops and restaurants. Easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. And the complimentary chocolate candies at the reception desk were absolutely delicious!
The room was a bit small and oddly designed. The bathroom window opened to an unattractive view, so I had to keep it closed.
